It is situated at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, the SOA university is spread across an area of 450 acres.
Established in 1996, the university holds 9 degree-granting schools and colleges under it. Above all, The wide range of programs which comprise of engineering, medicine, pharmacy, science, humanities etc. hold national accreditations.
Therefore, the University Starting off as Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER) in 1997.
The SOA university travelled all the way down to make it to the category of grade 2nd Autonomous university status in 2018.
Alongside having number of programs to offer. The SOA university has 24 boys and 11 girls’ hostels to cater to the residential needs of students.
